Thank you for visiting this website, a digital platform presented to you by the UP College of Law Class of 1994 (UP Law 1994, ‘we’ or ‘us’) to provide information about the activities being held in preparation for the UP College of Law Grand Alumni Homecoming in November 2019 (“Homecoming”). Your privacy is important to us. As such, we provide this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used by this platform.

When you access the website to browse, search for events and/or buy tickets, you are in a platform developed and owned by a third party (Software Provider) and is subject to this privacy policy. By using the website and submitting personal information through the website, you expressly consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.

We collect the following Personal Information from you when you register to create an account, when you manually or electronically purchase tickets to any of the events posted on the website, or when you subscribe to a newsletter:

  • Year of graduation from UP College of Law


How We Use Your Personal Information

We collect, use, store and transfer your Personal Information to enable us to sell you our tickets to the different events leading to the UP Law Grand Alumni Homecoming; to communicate with you about the preparatory activities being held; to respond to your inquiries; to fulfill your requests including requests for newsletters and notifications; to give you information on schedules, venue details, announcements or news relating to any of the events; to perform analysis regarding how you use the platform or any part thereof; to update the information maintained in the UP College of Law databases for its alumni network; and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Your Personal Information is collected on behalf of UP Law 1994, and is shared with a limited number of authorized members of the UP Law 1994 Organizing Committees and authorized third parties to which we knowingly disclose information to assist in creating a more personalized purchasing experience. Note that no financial information (e.g., credit card numbers) are captured and stored in our servers. Our Software Provider uses a PCI DSS compliant host environment to ensure that Personal Information are maintained in a secure domain.

Website Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics, a third-party service to analyze the web traffic data for us. This service uses cookies. The following identifiable web traffic data are analyzed:
