How We Use Your Personal Information
We collect, use, store and transfer your Personal Information to enable us to sell you our tickets to the different events leading to the UP Law Grand Alumni Homecoming; to communicate with you about the preparatory activities being held; to respond to your inquiries; to fulfill your requests including requests for newsletters and notifications; to give you information on schedules, venue details, announcements or news relating to any of the events; to perform analysis regarding how you use the platform or any part thereof; to update the information maintained in the UP College of Law databases for its alumni network; and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Your Personal Information is collected on behalf of UP Law 1994, and is shared with a limited number of authorized members of the UP Law 1994 Organizing Committees and authorized third parties to which we knowingly disclose information to assist in creating a more personalized purchasing experience. Note that no financial information (e.g., credit card numbers) are captured and stored in our servers. Our Software Provider uses a PCI DSS compliant host environment to ensure that Personal Information are maintained in a secure domain.
